Our signature red wine is made with grapes from selected vineyard plots. Torb is the result of a coupage of different Cornalin varieties, such as Merlot and Syrah. It undergoes a short aging process in French oak barrels.
Escol is a Riesling single varietal wine, noted by its acidity and freshness. It’s grown in terraced slate terrain, where abundant sun exposure is favoured. Lastly, it’s aged in bottle. Escol is an award-winning wine that has been honoured in every single international contest it has participated in.
Alain is a remarkable individual with whom we connected from the very start, agreeing upon the main features we wanted to include in our wines: freshness and honest qualities, acidity as well as minerality.
The starting point was the creation of an ecological wine, capable of transmitting the most stripped-down and unadorned version of the land.
The result is a unique and authentic wine. A different wine, manifesting the highest qualities of its region, with acidity, freshness and a rich varietal and terroir expression.
