Borda Sabaté winery is located in Sant Julià de Lòria, in the Principality of Andorra, where we produce ecological, high altitude wines with traditional methods.
Our wines have obtained several international awards like the prestigious Gran Prix del Mondial des Vins Extrêmes in Italy, not to mention the Grande Médaille de Oro.

Escol
Escol is a Riesling single varietal wine, noted by its acidity and freshness. It’s grown in terraced slate terrain, where abundant sun exposure is favoured. Lastly, it’s aged in bottle. Escol is an award-winning wine that has been honoured in every single international contest it has participated in.
Torb
Our signature red wine is made with grapes from selected vineyard plots. Torb is the result of a coupage of different Cornalin varieties, such as Merlot and Syrah. It undergoes a short aging process in French oak barrels.

RENOWNED VITICULTURIST
Alain Graillot (RIP) was for many years our great advisor and winemaker; he was one of the most renowned and prestigious in France, with a long and extensive international career in places as diverse as Morocco, Venice, Priorat, and Australia.
He was an exceptional person with whom we immediately connected, sharing the same vision of how our wines should be: highly expressive of their origin, fresh, with honest acidity, mineral notes, and a clear varietal expression.
Our philosophy of environmental preservation is based on creating organic wines that represent the most austere and genuine expression of the “terroir”. The result is definitely a unique and authentic wine.
