Escol is a Riesling<\/strong> single varietal wine, noted by its acidity and freshness. It\u2019s grown in terraced slate terrain, where abundant sun exposure is favoured. Torb<\/h3>\n

Our signature red wine is made with grapes from selected vineyard plots. Torb is the result of a coupage of different Cornalin<\/strong> varieties, such as Merlot<\/strong> and Syrah<\/strong>. It undergoes a short aging process in French oak barrels.<\/p>\n

Alain Graillot (RIP) was for many years our great advisor and winemaker; he was one of the most renowned and prestigious in France, with a long and extensive international career in places as diverse as Morocco, Venice, Priorat, and Australia.<\/p>\n

He was an exceptional person with whom we immediately connected, sharing the same vision of how our wines should be: highly expressive of their origin, fresh, with honest acidity, mineral notes, and a clear varietal expression.<\/p>\n

Our philosophy of environmental preservation is based on creating organic wines that represent the most austere and genuine expression of the \u201cterroir\u201d. The result is definitely a unique and authentic wine.<\/p>\n
